The Importance of Developing a Strong Round Off - Part 1

A great round off is hard to come by, even at the higher levels.  The round is not a skill that we master in compulsories.  The round off is a skill that we will work to perfect our entire career!  The higher level tumbling we want to achieve, the more time we will spend on developing a more sufficient and technically sound round off. No detail too small! That's why this summer, we are going BACK 2 BASICS!
