High Intensity Camp - Ann Arbor, MI

Gymnastics Progressions is proud to announce a very unique and exciting GP Experience. The GP High Performance Camp and Coaches Workshop. This is a three day activity specifically designed to maximize the learning potential of both athletes and coaches. The first Day is a congress style coaches workshop with the GP Experience Staff presenting material specific to the development of stellar basics on all apparatus. Days two and three are in the gym, all out, camp sessions implementing the content covered in the workshop. This is an amazing opportunity for the coaches to learn new and exciting concepts to help improve their coaching I.Q., and then see it put into practice with their athletes. In addition to the camp, there is supplemental coaches training also on days two and three.

This camp is designed for compulsory athletes Level 3-5. The athletes and coaches will learn the same drills and progression used by the GP Staff to accelerate the acquisition of skills and to perfect the technique needed to maximum high level potential.
